Review: Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Night Treatment Gel

Product: Boots Tea Tree and Witch Hazel Night Treatment Gel

What I like about it:

This product sounds like a dream. Non-greasy and  contains antibacterial Tea Tree Oil and skin calming Witch Hazel. It is also easily available from the drugstore and is very affordable for a pretty large tube.

It is clear, dries matte and is easy to use.

What I dislike about it:

I reacted really badly to it as I have sensitive skin. It may have been the scent as I react to heavily fragranced products.

However, some of my friends say that this works well on their normal/oily skin and does help to clear up their spots.

Overall, I would not recommend it for people with sensitive skin.

Review: Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash (All Skin Types)

Product: Himalaya Herbals Purifying Neem Face Wash (All Skin Types)

I have been a loyal user for years. This is my go to every day facial wash.

Product description at the back "specially formulated to give you clear problem-free skin, a soap-free, daily use face wash gel that cleanses your skin by removing excess oil and impurities without over-drying. Neem, well known for its purifying and antibacterial properties, kills problem-causing bacteria. Combined with Tumeric, it helps control acne and pimples leaving your skin soft clear refreshed and problem free".

What I like about it:

I have used this  facial wash for years and it is wonderful. I have sensitive skin so I require a facial wash that cleans my face thoroughly without being too harsh. This works perfect. I use the 'all skin types' version and it works really well.

Note: I use the 'all skin types' version in the summer but in the colder months, I switch to the 'dry skin' version or make sure to moisturize well after.

I do not react badly to it at all, no redness or breakouts and it cleanses my face really well.

The Himalaya Herbals  line is a great line for people with sensitive skin since it uses natural herbs.  Also, since it is soap-free it will not strip your skin of moisture.

What I dislike about it:

Pretty mild cleanser.Won't take off your make-up completely.

I would highly recommend this for people sensitive skin/irritable skin or teenagers who are suffering from breakouts.

Available here!

Also, I have tried out almost all other products in the Himalaya range and I recommend the range as a whole. Other products I recommend are the Nourishing Cream & Brightening Wash
